Yes — for custom work, we ask for a non-refundable deposit to hold your slot. This goes toward the final price. It ensures both sides are committed and helps us dedicate the time your piece deserves.

We strongly recommend booking in advance. Custom work requires scheduling, and even flash appointments are held by appointment. Walk-ins are welcome only when there's an opening — call ahead to check.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a solid meal beforehand, stay hydrated, and avoid alcohol the night before. Wear comfortable clothing that gives us access to the area being tattooed. That's it — we handle the rest.

We provide a detailed aftercare sheet and walk you through everything in person. The short version: keep it clean, moisturized, and out of direct sun while it heals. We're always available by phone or email if questions come up.
